ប៉ុន្តែ ក្រោយពេលលោកឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក យឿង សុខុន ចូលមកកាន់តំណែងជាមេបញ្ជា ការយោធភូមិភាគ៣ ផ្ទៃដីសាលាបានរួមតូចបន្តិចម្តងៗ ដែលបច្ចុប្បន្ននៅសល់ដីទំហំតែ ៤២៩ ១៥៥ ម៉ែត្រការ៉េ គឺបាត់អស់ជិត១៦ហិចតាឯណោះ នេះបើតាមប្លង់ផែនទីគំនូសបង្ហាញទីតាំងថ្មី ទទួលស្គាល់ដោយលោកឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ត្រី ទុន ណម នាយកសាលាពលទាហានទី៣ ចុះហត្ថលេខាទទួលស្គាល់កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣១ តុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១៦។
សេចក្តីរាយការណ៍បានបង្ហើបឲ្យដឹងថា ក្នុងចំណោមដីទាំង១៦ហិចតារបស់សាលាដែលបាត់បងនេះ ដីទំហំជាង៩ហិកតា បានក្លាយជាកម្មសិទ្ធិផ្ទាល់របស់លោក យឿង សុខុន មេបញ្ជាការភូមិភាគ៣ ហើយដីនេះត្រូវបានគេកំពុងរត់ការធ្វើប្លង់តាមប្រព័ន្ធដល់ខេត្តរួចទៅហើយ។ ដោយឃើញគំរូអាក្រក់របស់លោក យឿង សុខុន ក្នុងការកាត់ដីសាលាធ្វើកម្មសិទ្ទិខ្លួនបែបនេះ នាយទាហាននិងពលទាហានមួយចំនួន ក៏បាននាំគ្នាយកដីសាលាទំហំជាង៦ហិចតាទៀត ធ្វើការបែងចែកគ្នាតាមឋានានុក្រមទៅ។
